Tina retired from Billings Public Schools in May 2024 after 33+ years in education, including 23 years as a school counselor at Skyview High School with 15 as Department Head. A former middle school teacher, she served on the MSCA Board beginning in 2014, with her final year as President.
She founded the Billings Public Schools' K-12 School Leadership Team in 2015 and, in 2017, led Skyview to become the first Montana school to earn R.A.M.P. distinction. Additional honors include being a national finalist for ACTE Career Counselor of the Year (2013) and receiving the BPS Golden Apple Award (2014).
Tina developed and led Skyview’s Impact Team (2020) and has presented at local, state, and national levels. In March 2024, she became Executive Director of the Montana School Counselor Association.
