The primary focus of the MSCA Board of Directors is centered around the following key goals:

Upholding MSCA's mission: The Montana School Counselor Association promotes professionalism and ethical practices while empowering and advocating for all school counselors.

Reviewing and developing policies and procedures that align with and support the mission of MSCA.

Managing the association's business operations and executive functions.
As a working Board, each member also actively serves as a Committee Chair and participates in strategic planning initiatives.
